**The Role**

**Essendon Volkswagen** have a rewarding opportunity for a
**Trainee Used Vehicle Sales Consultant** to join our high-performing Sales Team. You will be kept busy while reaping the financial reward of joining a high performing Used Vehicle Department

No Experience? No Worries If you have previous retail and/or hospitality experience, a good work ethic, exceptional customer service skills and are financially driven we will provide a training program to suit.

**To be successful in this role, your attributes will include**:

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Highly personable and articulate with the ability to quickly establish trust
- Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Full Victorian Driving License is Required
- **Previous experience in fast paced Retail/Hospitality environment is Highly Regarded**
