**Werribee & Western Automotive group **is an award-winning dealership located across the Western suburbs of Melbourne. We have 13 dealerships within the group spread across Werribee, Caroline Springs, Essendon, Footscray, and West Melbourne. To keep up with the sales demands of this growing brand, we are seeking two experience or trainee **Sales Consultants** to join our team. Ideally, we are seeking an experienced new or used sales consultant who has a passion for sales and cars but if you are fresh to the industry, we are a well-equipped and experienced employer ready to invest in you and equip you with the tools necessary to succeed. If you are driven to succeed, then we have a perfect opportunity for you to maximise your earning potential.

The position essentially requires:

- Previous vehicle sales experience (new and/or used car sales)
- Ability to prospect i.e. (Autogate leads, EGM, Videos, Era, etc.)
- Computer literate; (ERA experience desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrated strong influencing, negotiation, and sales skills
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Current manual driver’s license

For your efforts, you will be rewarded with an excellent package including retainer, commission/bonus structure, and company vehicle or allowance of $200 per week.
