**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tactics
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
