We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our Melbourne Head Office team. This is an opportunity to gain further experience in your marketing career, continue to learn and develop while being surrounded and supported by a fun and collaborative team environment.

**About the role**:
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Victorian residential communities marketing team by assisting with and executing innovative marketing strategies to achieve project targets and provide a superior customer experience.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, starting asap, with the flexibility to work between the office and home.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Support Community Marketing Managers (CMMs) to execute local area marketing (LAM) plans
- Copywriting, content development and production for website, social media, database communications and other channels
- Coordination and execution of new land release collateral and communications
- Analysing customer and marketing data to inform marketing decisions
- Provide support to CMM’s to manage and monitor the marketing expenditure
- Support CMM’s with financial administration including raising purchase orders, processing invoices
- Support marketing and sales to deliver a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey, both online and offline
- Build strong working relationships with key agency partners and suppliers including creative, media, PR, digital, event and production
- Assist execution of virtual or in-person community development program/events in line with strategy

**About you**:

- Open to industry but you’ll bring your marketing experience with you including basic knowledge related to production of marketing materials
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Preferably experience or at least exposure to managing marketing agencies and suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, priortise, work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and work as a team
