**MARKETING ASSISTANT**:
**INTRODUCTION**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with Propel Group for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join the group, working across multiple brands assisting the Marketing team to achieve their objectives. Reporting to the PR and Brand Partnerships Manager your focus will be to support the daily marketing project plan through timely administrative support across PR, marketing, socials and content.

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with Propel Group for a dynamic and proactive **Marketing Assistant** to join the group, working across multiple brands assisting the Marketing team to achieve their objectives.

Reporting to the **PR and Brand Partnerships Manager** your focus will be to support the daily marketing project plan through timely administrative support across PR, marketing, socials and content.

Key Responsibilities:

- ** Community Management -**Respond to all social media and Okendo review comments and enquiries.
- ** Product Support -**Assist the PR & Sponsorships Manager, Creative Manager and Digital Marketing coordinator to pull, record, pack and send product out to media, content creators and photographers.
- ** Budgets -**Create all marketing purchase orders and input them into the budget tracker.
- ** Social Media -** Support the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to schedule all social media posts and stories.

About You:

- Marketing degree or 2 years’ Marketing experience
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Customer centric approach
- Excellent time management, organisational skills & communication skills
- A solutions-based mindset
- A love of the country, an understanding of our customer and an alignment to our core values
