About the role

This full-time Marketing Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Ozzie Collectables' head office near Dandenong South, Victoria. As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide key support to the Marketing team, helping to execute engaging marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness for this leading collectables retailer.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Write and edit engaging content for the company website, social media and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers and promotional items
  • Support the planning and execution of events and other marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as required
  • Handle customer enquries and operational tasks

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using marketing-related software and tools such as social media platforms, email marketing platforms and design tools
  • A keen interest in the collectables industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
