We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Assistant to support our Community Marketing Managers in Victoria to execute local marketing plans and key initiatives. Based out of Melbourne, you will focus on the Land Lease Communities Portfolio (Halcyon Communities).

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for maximising profit centre performance by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that supports the delivery of the Project Vision and outcomes

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to Community Marketing Managers to manage and monitor the marketing expenditure and budget management - Raising PO’s, Accounts payable and receivable
- Participate in the development of broader marketing, sales and customer experience initiatives including defining strategies for key touch points
- Actively manage job costs and productivity of suppliers through strong and clear briefing requirements
- Support marketing and sales to deliver a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey
- Build strong working relationships with key agency partners and suppliers including creative, media, PR, digital, event and production
- Develop strong relationships with internal marketing teams, business unit leaders, project teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities
- Collaborate effectively with project team and regional team
- Fostering close integration of the other disciplines (i.e. development, sales, design, finance, group marketing and cross functional teams) in a manner that maximises business outcome and builds good working relationships
- Contribute to the integration of CRS initiatives and relationships through marketing mix and program
- Implement community relations program, events and sponsorships etc. in line with strategy
- Ensure risks are identified, regularly reviewed and strategies are in place and promptly implemented to mitigate them and minimise their impact
- Ensure agreed marketing frameworks, guidelines and processes are adopted to ensure local marketing excellence

**About You**
- Part-time experience or interest in marketing
- Degree qualified in marketing or similar
- Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers
- Good time management and ability to handle conflicting priorities
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
