Skills and experiences
- Experience planning and managing geographically-dispersed teams
- Expertise in managing project/program financials
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies
- Experience in evaluating and managing technology vendors
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Results-oriented with a self-directed approach

What you'll do
- Lead service delivery teams on large and complex projects
- Interface directly with client IT organisations, maintaining relationships
- Serve as a link for technical, contractual, and service issues
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support sales activities and sign-off on delivery aspects
- Regularly be on-site with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Manage delivery portfolio, monitoring and resolving issues
