**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Delivery Lead to join the Strategic Partnerships team based in Brisbane.

As the Growth Delivery Lead, you will coordinate the delivery of business or IT initiatives. You will provide effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills to support the development of solutions at Australian Retirement Trust. You will also drive overall improved results by serving as a facilitator for the team and key stakeholders, and by removing any impediments that obstruct the team’s pursuit of its goals, thereby helping maximise productivity.

A core function of the role is to lead a strong team consistently delivering high quality solutions. The Growth Delivery Lead is responsible for delivery management of a cross-functional team and will foster strong working relationships with Team Leads, Domain Leads and functional managers to provide input to opportunities for professional development for their team members.

This role is available as a permanent opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provide you can attend or Milton or CBD office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Solid knowledge of one or more Software Development Lifecycles.
- Hands on experience using delivery processes, tools and technologies to deliver solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing schedules, timelines and scrum teams to ensure that deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with various stakeholders and all levels of management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, articulate, and validate requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution between requirements and deliverables.
- Demonstrated seniority in a specific knowledge area or discipline i.e., testing, analysis etc.
