We're looking for Experienced Van Owner Drivers to join our team and provide exceptional support to our permanent fleet. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality cover for planned and unplanned absences, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction.

You'll also play a key part in maintaining our high operational standards by delivering Driver Training and Assessments, helping to develop a skilled and professional driving team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dependable operational cover for both planned and unplanned driver absences to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Lead new driver onboarding, training, and competency assessments to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute to transport office projects and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service in all aspects of work.
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of training materials, operational processes, and systems.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and implement opportunities for service and efficiency improvements.
