About the Role

As our Delivery Lead, you'll partner with the Service Line Lead to drive excellence across our SAP and SuccessFactors portfolio. You'll bring strong commercial insight, structure, and accountability, overseeing project delivery, workforce planning, and end-to-end financial management across multiple engagements.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead delivery quality and governance across SAP & SuccessFactors projects.
  • Manage workforce planning, forecasting, and utilisation within the service line.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including invoicing, WIP, debtors, margin tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Mentor and support project managers and consultants to deliver with consistency and excellence.
  • Build trusted client relationships and ensure delivery success.
  • Support pipeline management, bid responses, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record as a Delivery Lead in SAP or SuccessFactors project delivery
  • Program or senior project management experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, confident managing invoicing, revenue, and profitability.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset, you take initiative and deliver results.
  • Must be Brisbane-based (or willing to relocate) with valid Australian working rights.
