**About the Role**
We are seeking the very best Security Officers with specific qualifications, skills and attributes to join our Team. Working as a key Team Member within our Security Officers & Patrols Department, you will be based onsite at a high-profile South Australian winery that is considered to be one of the best in the country and indeed, the world. This fantastic vineyard and cellar door location is situated in Nuriootpa/Barossa Valley just 50km from the northern suburbs, approximately a 30 minute drive.
On a daily basis you will need to be:
- Fulfilling the role and responsibilities of being a Security Officer
- Observing and reporting any security incidents
- Completing all reports and registers as required
- Liaising effectively with onsite clients and visitors
- Conducting all duties in a professional and courteous manner
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients
- Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with fellow Team Members
- Compliant with Health and Safety requirements, identifying and reporting all hazards and risks, then responding proactively
- Following AG Security Group's policies and procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety requirements
- Prepared to work day, afternoon and night rostered shifts

- ** Current South Australian Security Licence**:

- ** Current and valid Drivers Licence**:
- ** Current Working with Children's Check**:
- ** National Police Check**:
- Reliable transport
- Accurate decision making abilities
- Conflict resolution skills
- High standard of professional presentation and personal grooming
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently or unsupervised
- Positive team player and professional attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal and people skills
- Experience to deliver high quality, customer focused security services to our clients
- Reliability, integrity, dedicated work ethic and a genuine commitment to the position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic to intermediate level computer/data entry skills
- Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety legislative requirements
- A good level of health and fitness to perform the role effectively
- Availability to work additional rostered shifts (day, afternoon and night), recognising that our organisation is a 24 hour, seven days per week operation
Previous experience working as a Security Officer would be advantageous. Possession of a Certificate III in Security Operations would also be an advantage, but is not essential.
