**About the Opportunity**

To carry out Gatehouse Security duties at a client site in accordance with Certis Security Australia standard orders and site instructions, in compliance with all relevant State and/or Federal legislation.

Working a Rotating roster including Day and Night shifts, Must be available 24/7 for **Casual Position**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and directing members of the public, employees and contractors
- Confirming eligibility of persons entering site buildings as per client and government policies
- De-escalation of conflict with any members of the public / contractors and ensuring the safety of persons and staff
- Following the direction of the client and foster a working relationship to ensure positive outcomes
- Report writing mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.

**About You**
- Current and applicable Victoria Security license
- Current First Aid Certification
- Must have Driver's licence
- Certificate 2 in Security Operations
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role - Desirable
- Full vaccination is mandatory for all applicants.
