**About the Role**

As the Warehouse Officer you will be responsible for several key tasks within the logistics area, focusing primarily on:

- Cleaning and warehouse maintenance
- Administration of the rental fleet
- Managing company inventory and ensure that items are ordered, received, stored.
- Customer dispatch within set time guidelines as per our customer agreements
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, clients, and suppliers

**What will you bring to the role?**
- A proven track record in Customer Service, with the ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
- A successful history of working in Logistics/Warehousing space with a sense of ownership and want to improve systems.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your daily/weekly workflow with the knowledge of utilising and managing warehouse operational systems.
- Exceptional eye for detail, and an understanding of the importance of minimising mistakes and risk to CSE.
- Excellent communication, with and enthusiastic attitude to work with honestly and integrity.

**Essential Qualifications and/or Skills**:

- Current drivers' license
- Current forklift license
- 1-3 years of warehousing experience in a similar role
- High level of physical fitness/ability as this role includes manual handling.
