We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help continue business growth. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about seeking, building, maintaining, and nurturing positive customer relationships in a professional manner.

- Providing customers services with quality, timeliness & diligence & behave in a manner that meets the expectations of the Jolly Business and their Core Values
- Ensuring that the company is a contender to solicit and seek new business from all suitable opportunities.
- Ensure that sales targets are tracked and met on a consistent basis
- Actively cultivate new customer relationships as well as promote positive relationships with existing clients.
- Promoting positive work relationships and be a leader in team success
- Ensuring that your sales administration/reporting into our CRM is being completed in a timely & accurate manner
- Ensuring customer compliance to our Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods Regulations
- Reporting any Customer related issues & instigating appropriate Corrective Action Procedures
**And here’s what we require from you**:
- 2+ years of road transport or logistics industry experience
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Strong understanding of industry specific regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Office computer skills
- Strong understanding of sales financial information
- Strong understanding of operational information
- Strong ability to manage your own daily tasks, work unsupervised and meet sales targets
- Desired traits and attributes include honesty, integrity, leadership, and open communication
Things that aren’t necessary, but will be viewed favourably:
- 5+ years in a similar role in a similar business
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
