**Description**:
YOUR NEW ROLE
**Your day-to-day will include**:
Preparing sales quotations and subsequent follow-ups
Processing orders
Delivering excellent customer service
Joining us at annual 4WD or automotive shows (and having a blast)
**This role also offers**:
$1,500 sign-on bonus - paid over your first 6 months;
Staff discounts on parts, gear, and services;
Monday to Friday only - your weekends are yours again
Hands-on at major 4x4 events like National Shows;
Growth path within ZEDER's dynamic team.
**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a seasoned internal sales or customer service professional who brings industry knowledge, initiative, and confidence to every customer interaction.
**You’ll thrive in this role if you**:
Have proven experience in a customer-facing, sales support, or internal sales role - ideally in the automotive, aftermarket, or technical products space
Are a strong communicator with a professional phone presence and the ability to simplify complex product info
Are passionate about delivering solutions-focused service and can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
Have a genuine interest in automotive and 4WD culture - and love talking shop with likeminded customers
