**About the company**

Della Toffola Pacific was launched in early 2010 to focus on the Australian, New Zealand and emerging Asian winery markets. Serving both large and small wineries and vineyards, as well as many other food/beverage producers.

Della Toffola has over 50 years of experience in winemaking, food and beverage production equipment, packaging lines and stainless-steel processing. The extensive Della Toffola winemaking equipment range includes crushers/destemmers, pumps, presses, fillers, labellers, flotation systems, filters, storage, stabilisation, refrigeration and fermentation equipment, as well as complete turnkey solutions.

Additionally, Della Toffola manufactures, commissions and services a wide variety of other food and beverage processing equipment and technology - be it fillers, labellers, water treatment plants, brewery equipment or dairy production equipment.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will include:

- Providing customer support to clients
- Providing administrative support to engineers, technicians, sales, and operations team.
- Liaising with our warehouse for stock and logistics
- Providing support to the sales team with quotes, invoicing and purchase orders.
- Inventory management, including spare parts and participating in stock takes.
- General administrative duties including answering phones, scanning, filling, maintaining data bases and office amenity purchasing.
- Project work

**About you**
- Full time or part time/job share will be considered.
- At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to Advance Level in the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- SAP Business One experience favourable
- Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge and thorough understanding of customer services principles.
- Having a respectful approach to all clients and colleagues at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, processes and procedures.
- Punctuality, reliability and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and in a team.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
