In this position as Sales Administration you will be the point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, deliveries and provide support to our sales team.

**Who you are**:

- 2 plus years in a similar position.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- XERO Software System, preferred.
- DataPel Systems Inventory Management Software, training provided.
- Ability to think laterally, problem solve with good communication.
- Multi-task and work timely to deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive, productive attitude and reliable work ethic.
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service.
- Manage online and walk in customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking and processing.
- Ensure backorders are under control and invoices are regularly followed-up and monitor open orders and adjust as required.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Operations Manager and Business Development to resolve customer issues in an efficient manner.
- Maintain and update databases and other sales-related records.
- Learn and stay up-to-date with Equipsy products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Have strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist with streamlining processes and improve efficiency.
