**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. To do this, we need to support our people and provide an exceptional employee experience, which is where you come in Our People Operations team are seeking two motivated **HR Officers** (known internally as People Officers) to join them on a 12 month, fixed-term basis. You will provide administrative support and first-line advice to employees and leaders at Australian Retirement Trust (ART). You will also work closely with the People Business Partnering team to assist with the delivery of HR initiatives and outcomes across the organisation.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Prior experience in a similar role providing HR administration and coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to operating with confidential information and exercising the highest degree of discretion
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities to meet business expectations and deadlines
- Attention to detail and the ability to think laterally to devise solutions
- Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or studying towards this (desired, but not essential).
