This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Officer to join an established multinational food processing company, located conveniently on the west side of Brisbane. Championing this key role you will you will be involved in;
- Supporting managers and employees in the day-to-day coordination of HR related activity;
- Employee performance and life cycle management; and
- Handling constructive and professional investigations.

**Success Profile**:
Exemplary attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills are paramount, as is being accountable and approachable. You will be a natural investigator and enjoy problem solving, being solutions focused and flexible with changing priorities. Additionally, the successful applicant will demonstrate:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role;
- Previous tenure in a manufacturing/production environment;
- Ability to work afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm);
- Associated degree/diploma advantageous _(though not essential)._
