**Cleaning Operations Manager | Sydney Region, NSW**

**About the Role**
BGIS is seeking a **Cleaning Operations Manager**to oversee and manage cleaning operations across client sites in the **Sydney Region, NSW**This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in cleaning operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage large teams. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in client relations, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns professionally
- Lead, train, and support large cleaning teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards
- Conduct regular audits and prepare reports identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure cleaning services meet both client expectations and internal benchmarks
- Prepare quotes for additional services and manage budgets effectively
- Address and resolve client or team-related concerns in a timely manner
- Implement training programs for staff to maintain service excellence
- Be physically present at client sites five days a week to manage operations

**About You**
- Extensive experience in cleaning operations, preferably in large-scale or multi-site environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating large teams
- High attention to detail to maintain top-tier cleaning standards
- Ability to conduct audits and reporting to ensure operational efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complaints and operational challenges
- Reliability and commitment to being on-site five days a week to support operations
