**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Cleaning Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional cleaning services across various commercial and aged care sites in The Hills District of Sydney.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent delegation, coaching, and leadership skills to manage daily cleaning operations and supervise a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery and performance, building lasting client relationships, and driving adherence to performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing cleaning teams, knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and processes, and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, manage your workflow, and design your own training with the support of our organization.
