Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and coordinating cleaning operations in multiple locations. The successful candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Team Management: Create and manage cleaning schedules to ensure efficient allocation of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Cleaning Standards and Quality Control: Develop and implement procedures to maintain high cleaning standards, conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to staff.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service, address guest concerns, and ensure prompt resolution of issues related to cleanliness.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, monitor compliance, and take corrective action when necessary.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cleaning Expertise: Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment, with experience in supervising cleaning teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing situations.
