**OZ Bin Cleaning is Australia's leading bin cleaning company. operating since 2001. Providing professional bin cleaning services in all major cities and most regional areas.**

**This role is for the Sydney office, it is a mobile role involving you driving to clients across Sydney Monday to Friday.**

Bin cleaning operators are the frontline of our business, and we have an awesome well established team that is growing rapidly.

The role would be to arrive at our clients premises at prescheduled time and day, listed on daily run sheets with the OZ company vehicle to clean, sanitise and deodorise all sizes & types of bins. You will be provided a run to follow each day & the runs are set up in areas within Sydney to minimise travel between jobs. At the end of each day depending on your run you will return back to base in Mount Kuring-Gai (2080), and prepare for the next day. Company vehicle which is customised and fitted with all bin cleaning equipment is supplied and is maintained to a high standard.

This is a full time position paying above award rates and reviewed quarterly.

**Key must haves**:

- Physical fit as this is a physically demanding role.
- Highly motivated and strong attention to detail. 
- Great writing and verbal communication skills.
- Have a current NSW driver’s license (No Restricted, Learners or Provisional License)  with very good driving history.
- Patient and understands excellent customer service is paramount

**Desirable experience**:

- Previous experience in driving in traffic across all areas of Sydney, Central Coast or Newcastle.
- Experience driving a manual vehicle is preferable but not essential.
- Experience as a courier, delivery driver, cleaner or labourer
- Previous experience in any form of physically demanding roles.
- Team players - who are reliable, resilient, and trustworthy.
- Capable of following instructions and can handle changes at short notice.
- Customer Focused - makes an effort to understand and offer solutions to clients.
- Curious - willingness to learn, grow and take on responsibility.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
