Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage the daily cleaning operations. This includes leading a team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

A successful candidate will have prior experience in a management or supervisory position within the cleaning industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services are delivered
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and plans that meet client needs and expectations
  • Maintain all equipment and vehicles in good working order to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
