We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in WA on a full-time maximum term basis

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Area Manager, this opportunity will require the Business Manager to plan and manage operations for our Regional WA team, based in Perth, Bunbury and remotely in Regional WA. The Business Manager will provide leadership and guidance to the reputable, highly skilled and well established regional team as they embark on their goal to provide industry leading service to optimise work and life participation for people with injury, illness, disability and disadvantage in Regional WA.

**How can you bring value? (Duties)**
- Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance to meet state benchmarks
- Foster an environment to ensure individuals are meeting professional development requirements
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation
- Embed a culture that always maintains a customer focus
- Create and nurture strong outcome driven relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**The capability we’re after? (Skills and Experience)**
- Full and current registration as an OT, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Valid State/Territory issued Drivers Licence
- Passion to lead, coach and develop others
