With decades of experience under our belt, we're now looking for a dedicated Business Assistant to join our close-knit team.

As a Business Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our business running smoothly. You'll be at the heart of our operations working alongside our team members, assisting with various tasks, including but not limited to enquiries, reception, customer service, accounting, invoicing, bill management, and more. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional office duties; you'll need to have a deep understanding of how our business operates holistically to be successful in this role. We value curiosity and encourage you to learn as you go, asking questions whenever needed.

**Sales & Customer Service**: This role requires you to be hands-on and involved in various aspects of our business. Initiative is a must with a proactive and can-do attitude. You won't be confined to a desk; you will need to interact with customers and staff, assist in the workshop, and engage with customers looking for specific tyres or rims.

**Team Collaboration & Atmosphere**: Work closely with our team maintaining rapport and respectful relationships. The aim is to support each other with any given tasks, especially when the task is time-sensitive. Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic and energetic environment strong team spirit is the key to success in this role.

**Monday to Friday between 8am - 4pm**

Pay: $30.00 per hour
