Reporting directly to Kairros’ General Manager, the Business Manager WA will strategically plan and manage the business unit’s operations, while also providing leadership and guidance to a small highly skilled and talented team.

Each day you will champion and support your team to provide industry-leading rehabilitation and recovery services, that embrace diversity and live Kairros’ values of ensuring everyone has the opportunity to an optimal quality of life.

You will also play a pivotal role in the success and growth of Kairros’ operations in WA, supported by the National Customer Accounts team, you will oversee the management of customer accounts, lead an increase in referral flow, driving brand awareness and establishing new customer bases, to achieve business unit grow targets.

You will also utilise your WA legislative knowledge of workers’ compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation to be Kairros’ state-based industry expert.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid State/Territory issued Drivers Licence
- Passion to lead, coach, and develop others
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, quality initiatives and marketing activities
- Advanced knowledge of workers’ compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation in WA
