We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting the evolution of the OzChase product. In this unique role, you will engage directly with customer states across Australia, elicit and document requirements, translate complex operational needs into system enhancements, and work collaboratively with our internal developers and testers to bring improvements to life.
This position is offered as a permanent part-time role hours per week), with flexibility to structure your preferred working pattern across three, four or five days.

- Contribute to continuous improvement in business analysis practices, documentation standards and team ways of working.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within software development or product environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, technical teams and business owners.
- Proven capability in writing detailed and effective user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and influence outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work, navigate ambiguity and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and process mapping platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and cloud environments (highly desirable)
