Reporting directly to Kairros’ General Manager, the Business Manager WA will strategically plan and manage the business unit’s operations, while also providing leadership and guidance to a small highly skilled, multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants.

Each day you will champion and support your team to provide industry-leading rehabilitation and recovery services, that embrace cultural diversity and live Kairros’ values of ensuring everyone has the opportunity to an optimal quality of life.

You will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of Kairros’ business operations to achieve business unit targets. Supported by our National Customer Accounts team, you’ll oversee the management of customer accounts and drive operational and service delivery performance, including referral and revenue growth, stakeholder engagement and brand awareness.

Utilising your WA legislative knowledge of workers’ compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation, you’ll become Kairros’ state-based industry expert.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid State/Territory issued Drivers License
- Passion for leading, coaching, and developing others
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, quality initiatives and marketing activities
- Advanced knowledge of workers’ compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation in WA
