**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity on our Procurement team for a Guided Buying Specialist. This role is a great opportunity for someone to step up and deliver innovation, creativity and effective administration for TAFE NSW Checkout’s Guided Buying Platform. The role involves back-end administration and management of all Guided Buying content, including text, links, tiles, catalogues, in-built policy guidance, and images. It also includes identifying, building, testing and shepherding through the change process mandatory and optional changes to the platform to enhance buyer experience.
The role will also support supplier enablement in accessing tender opportunities, as well as the implementation of the SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance module.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have a strong understanding of spend management strategies, category management, procurement operational processes and supplier information and relationship management. You will also have strong experience in a Level 2 resolution group in ServiceNow or similar service management platform. In this role, you will be natural problem solver, with the ability to resolve complex issues and simple solutions across different stakeholder groups.
