This role plays a crucial part in developing a dynamic team culture, improving patient care outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. **You’ll make a meaningful impact by**: Creating and fostering an innovative and dynamic team culture that inspires exceptional patient care. Overseeing daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth reception and administrative services. Managing scheduling and appointments to meet utilization targets and protocols. Handling financial management tasks, including reconciliation, billing, and month-end processes. Driving continuous improvement across the organization and building effective relationships. Effective leadership and team management skills aligned with organizational values. Proficiency in stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation across all levels.
