**About the Role**

As the **_Full-Time Store Manager _**, you will be the driving force behind the success of our **Balwyn boutique**. Your role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day operations. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a French-inspired fashion environment while contributing to our commitment to sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Generation _
- Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
- Community Engagement _
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
- Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.
- Brand Ambassadorship _
- Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.
- Actively promote the boutique within the local community.
- Customer Building _
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
