This role plays a crucial part in developing a dynamic team culture, improving patient care outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.You'll make a meaningful impact by:Creating and fostering an innovative and dynamic team culture that inspires exceptional patient care.Overseeing daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth reception and administrative services.Managing scheduling and appointments to meet utilization targets and protocols.Handling financial management tasks, including reconciliation, billing, and month-end processes.Driving continuous improvement across the organization and building effective relationships.What you'll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have:Proven ability to deliver superior patient care and stakeholder service.Effective leadership and team management skills aligned with organizational values.Proficiency in stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation across all levels.Commercial acumen in developing business plans to achieve practice objectives.Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills to manage multiple stakeholders and complex challenges.A flexible and determined attitude, with a commitment to project completion.A collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to being a team player, dedicated to leading the Balwyn Practice Support team.We would also love you to have:A mindset of collaboration and continual learning.
