Established 11 years ago, we are now one of the largest allied health clinics in the Eastern Suburbs, voted **BX Allied Health Business of the Year in 2020**.
We have a large, modern and custom designed facility that is located in the heart of Balwyn, surrounded by trees, cafes, plenty of car parking and sporting clubs - we are spoilt by our location.
The clinic is located over two levels with a boutique, light filled Pilates studio and rehab gym downstairs. The practice manager even has their own car park.
**The Role....**
An exciting opportunity has opened up to _join our management team._ We are seeking a passionate and professional Practice Manager/ Lead Receptionist to support the business owner in the daily administrative functions of the business.
You will be responsible for reception management, systemisation of procedures and policies and day-to-day business communications. Other key duties include:
- Oversee and lead the reception function of the business
- Assist the Practice Principal in staff recruitment and general business development
- Manage the finances of the business, including: accounts receivable, accounts payable, liaise with the book keeper, filing of invoices, end of month reports, statistics and generation of other financial reports
- Liaise with practitioners and give feedback regarding their KPI's
- Provide staff training on sales and customer service
- Manage staff and practitioners in an effective manner
- Develop workflow procedures for the business
- Be able to identify areas that need process improvement and systemisation

Previous medical or related practice management experience is essential. Formal qualifications in small business / practice management would be favourable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week
**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
