Your Impact, With Us
As part of the Advara HeartCare team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care and operational efficiency. This role plays a crucial part in developing a dynamic team culture, improving patient care outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
**You’ll make a meaningful impact by**:

- Creating and fostering an innovative and dynamic team culture that inspires exceptional patient care.
- Overseeing daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth reception and administrative services.
- Managing scheduling and appointments to meet utilization targets and protocols.
- Handling financial management tasks, including reconciliation, billing, and month-end processes.
- Driving continuous improvement across the organization and building effective relationships.

- A collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to being a team player, dedicated to leading the Balwyn Practice Support team.
