**About the Role**

Capacity for full time or part time.

You will be responsible for managing the admin team, day to day running of the clinic, assisting clients, managing schedules and appointments, and providing administrative support to our director and clinical team.

In addition to traditional management duties, this role includes opportunities for business development, making it an ideal position for someone who is eager to take on new challenges and grow their skills.

We are a small team passionate about health and wellness. We provide Physio, Pilates, Massage, Podiatry, Myotherapy. We have established a wonderful base of clients in the Balwyn area since 2014. We feel privileged to serve our community as they put their health and trust in our hands. We believe that when you elevate your health, you elevate your life.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Proven great track record managing a team, and helping a business thrive and grow
- Receptionist duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, positive and resourceful attitude
- Proficiency with technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Commitment to maintaining awesome team culture

**Salary**: $53,219.90 - $123,529.68 per year
