The role of our _**Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Marketing Performance)**_
- Analytical and results-driven approach to digital marketing. Understanding set KPIs, how to optimise ad performance, analyse results to drive better ROI and reporting with key takeaways
- Basic knowledge and some hands-on experience in Google Search Engine Marketing (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- Experience in implementing, optimising and managing ad campaigns for our YouTube video series.
- Adjust budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target

Produce monthly reports for the business summarising data, recommendations and a clear summary of performance
- Monitoring emerging trends in social platforms and identifying new marketing channels for paid advertising
- Writing copy for paid marketing ads
