Influencer Marketing Executive

**About you**

You live and breath health and fitness and are an avid follower of the space in social and digital marketing. You will have a strategic mindset but are still willing to execute. You are social media focused and are able to act as an advocate for both the brand and for the influencer when needed.

**About the role**
- Collaborate with the broader social media and creative content team to develop social media marketing strategies relating to athlete influencers to drive brand awareness, campaign roll-outs and sales
- Develop and execute experiential and event appearance marketing agenda for athlete influencer team
- Liaise with athletes on content requirements across all channels and ensure that content is being created to the required timeline and is in the correct format
- Communicate with athletes daily providing feedback on performance and areas for improvement
- You are able to nurture and develop the athlete influencers or partnerships and act as the key point of contact across all social media marketing projects
- You are able to identify new partnership opportunities and continue to recruit, develop and grow the team
- Onboarding of athletes, delivering EHPlabs product and marketing training and social media best practice sessions
- Administrative tasks which will include ordering supplements and merchandise for athletes
- Manage content shoots ensuring that the athletes/influencers are available in position and that content creators/studios and locations are all available and confirmed
- Work closely with the marketing and the creative team to bring campaigns to life
- Renewal and negotiation of partnership contracts
- Ensuring all KPIs and contractual obligations are being met
- Reporting on athlete performance and providing advice and future growth opportunities
