**About the role**

Due to growth, a newly created position has become available for a Product Costing and Technical Specialist working from our QLD Head Office in Arundel. The primary functions of the role are to develop a cross-over of knowledge between the Estimating and Technical Design Teams, providing support where required.

The duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Preparation of cost estimates
- Purchase Order entry
- Ensuring correct allowances and rates are applied
- Provide quality drawings and gear lists that ensures the best solution for the client
- Ensure accurate and clear job notes and information is provided
- Ad hoc administrative tasks including any project work required to support and align the Technical Design and Estimating teams
- Actively promote the organisation & the services offered by the company within the construction industry

- Highly productive, with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong written and oral communication
- A confidence with delivering presentations
- Displays strong interpersonal skills
- Disciplined in self-management and accountability
- Disciplined in time management, meeting deadlines and prioritisation.
