**Position Summary**

**What You’ll Do**

**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with Alpha-H’s business objectives and brand values.
- Lead initiatives to scale production capacity in line with global demand and product innovation.

**Operational Management**
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines, cost targets, and quality standards.

**Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance**
- Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety in accordance with TGA, GMP, ISO, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

**Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to support new product development and operational scalability.
- Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure alignment with Alpha-H’s standards and expectations.

**Sustainability & Innovation**
- Drive the adoption of sustainable manufacturing practices and support the company’s environmental goals.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation.

**Requirements**:
**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
