**HRIS Project Officer - RMH**

- ** Full-time, Fixed Term: 12 months**
**About the Role**:
- The HRIS Systems Program will be a key deliverable within the one Digital Innovation Program (oDIP). A newly created department, servicing The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Formulated through partnering of the Information Management and Technology Directorate at The Women’s and the Digital Innovation Department at The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
- The HRIS Systems Program comprises of several inter-related projects, with the key projects being HRIS and Rostering:
- The HRIS Project will be a joint implementation between The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital
- The Rostering Project will be a joint implementation between The Women’s, The Royal Melbourne, and Western Health
- Please note that the implementation processes across these health services will be managed together at a program level, however, each health service will have their own separate instance.
- There will be a requirement to work closely with relevant [project resources and counterparts both within The Royal Melbourne Hospital and other health services.
**About you**:
- Knowledge in HRIS systems and processes, and have preferably worked within a Human Resources team
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with an ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders
- You are a motivated self-starter who is outcomes focused
- You have the ability to meet delivery targets with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Team orientated and able to work closely with project teams, vendors and service providers at a detailed level
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
