**About The Job**:
Are you a Product Manager with expertise in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and a passion for technology solutions that transform HR operations? We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead impactful projects, improve existing systems, and optimize the overall HR technology experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in the development and optimization of HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver strategic solutions.
- Ensure high-quality execution of HR technology projects, maintaining alignment with both technical specifications and business goals.
- Provide ongoing optimization and support for HR systems, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Conduct UAT to validate the system functionality meets both business needs and quality standards.
- Create clear, concise documentation and presentations to support development, training, and support teams.
- Work closely with our global teams to identify pain points, propose solutions, and deliver user-centered technology innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing and developing HR technology solutions.
- Strong product management skills, with experience driving projects through the full lifecycle.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a balance between business needs and technical feasibility.
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, multitask effectively, and manage shifting priorities.
- Experience working on talent and annual leave software is highly desirable.
