Hiring for a HRIS Program Coordinator to work within VIC State Gov
Start: ASAP/after serving notice period
Contract: 6 months contract with extension possibility

Your new role
In this role you will;
- Act as the point of contact for HRIS Portfolio internally and externally when Program Manager is not available
- Support the Program Team and Portfolio Program Manager in delivering the portfolio with co-ordination, procurement, schedule and financial tracking
- Take responsibility for Governance reporting pack collation and distribution
- Alongside the PM and BA, a key link to P&C, Operational Training
- Working alongside 3RD PARTY CONSULTANTS and with all other vendors
- Take responsibility for and be the custodian of the Portfolio detailed schedule in MS Project, and all views and communication artefacts related to it.
- Support close working partnership between ICS, Procurement and Operational Training.
- Working with the BA, support the Development of the Business Case material for Business Case components.
- Support the Change Manager with Change stream co-ordination capability under the guidance of the Change Manager

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in project coordination and reporting for end-to-end full implementation IT projects encompassing plans, reports and budgets.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining accurate project schedules, undertake monitoring and reporting on status.
- Effectively organise and complete multiple time sensitive tasks/assignments, some of a complex nature or involving competing priorities to deliver work that is accurate, through and on time.
- Ability to work independently and communicate across small project teams.
- Confidence working with senior levels of management.
