**The Opportunity**:

This role is available on a part time (0.6 FTE) basis and is an excellent opportunity for those with an interest in learning, growing, and developing their career without the full-time commitment. We are offering genuine flexibility with the ability to choose your own days/hours per week to suit your lifestyle or personal circumstances (e.g. around school hours or study periods).
As a part of our Health, Safety and Environment team, you will be responsible for supporting the Asset Access and Electricity Officer processes by scheduling and coordinating training, recording of licence details and being the first point of contact for any enquiries and issues that may arise. In addition to the above, the HSE Administrator will also be responsible for coordinating ICAM investigations by scheduling meetings, taking minutes and providing administrative support to the external investigator with a view to build your skills and abilities to be able to conduct your own investigations as you progress in your career.
**About You**:
This opportunity will suit a someone with a flexible attitude, a willingness to take on a range of tasks and the ability to adjust to competing priorities, while exercising independent judgment to address and resolve issues. You will require excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure high quality HSE support is provided across the business. Although not required you will ideally have experience in a similar HSE Administration/Coordination role and an interest in or working towards any of the below;
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety, Environment related fields
- ICAM Investigation Training
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
