EIR Labour Hire are looking for a Workshop Administrator located in the North/ West suburbs of Adelaide, you will ensure the company’s construction execution is executed in a safe, quality like manner. On time project delivery within the allocated budget. Maintaining a professional jobsite and workshop.

**What YOU Get**:
**PAY**: $27 p/h

**LOCATION**: Adelaide - North / Western Suburbs

**HOURS**: 3 days a week

**About the Role**:

- Responsible for the HSE environment within the workshop and maintain TRIFFA statics on a monthly basis. Ensure manufacturing jobs are completed in a safe and orderly manner
- Main Purchaser of all company workshop consumables, products, tools, raw materials and project materials in accordance with the company purchasing policy
- Manage incoming goods process and checks to execute incoming quality documentation
- Ensure products are appropriately packaged and ready for transport. Transport ready sign-off.
- Arrange product, raw materials and workshop logistics as required
- Create and evaluate preferred suppliers register
- Ensure workshop site, plant and equipment is well maintained and in good working order. Monthly safety and audit reports
- Ensure workshop contractors adhere to HSE policies and are suitably inducted
- Create and develop JSA, SOP for the supervisors to use and follow (workshop & onsite)
- Arrange and manage staff training matrix and arrange suitable training as required
- Ensure stock and raw materials are stored correctly

THE ESSENTIALS YOU MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the manufacturing space
- Experience in management or supervision of other workers
- Valid White Card
- A relevant Tertiary Qualification or Trade Qualification (Desirable)
- Senior First Aid (Desirable)
- Fire Warden (Desirable)
- This role require manual handling & operation of machinery
- Strong management and problem-soling skills
- Have an excellent understanding of construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills
