**Who we need...**
Are you our next Building Manager? Working within our luxury Southbank apartment building, you will mentor the concierge team, leading by example and high standards of service.

This position will focus on attending to building management, maintenance and residents requests, organising services and providing a high level of client satisfaction. The role will focus on delivering a quality for value service to the building including staffing, training and site supervision.

This role requires physical duties such as climbing stairs, lifting, and standing for extending periods. Able to attend to emergency calls after hours/ weekends.

**Skills and Competencies**
Committed to providing outstanding customer service and achieving results.
- Professional presentation and grooming.
- Experience in managing and developing people.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to liaise and network with a wide variety of people is essential.
- Computer literacy in Word for Windows and Excel.
- Experience in the use of digital integrated security systems and its database maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience solving problems and working well under pressure.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when required.

**Education and Qualifications**
Formal qualifications in facilities or asset management would be an advantage however is not essential for this position. People management, knowledge of building systems and maintenance are considered a distinct advantage.

To be successful, you will have outstanding customer service and organisational skills, experience in managing and developing people, and ideally some qualifications in facilities or asset management.
