**POSITION OVERVIEW**
**The Commissioning & Integration Manager at Hickory plays a pivotal role in driving delivery & handover efficiencies across our portfolio of construction projects. The role ensures the seamless integration of building services systems from initial planning to project completion. They are responsible for guiding and coordinating the commissioning process, offering expertise on build feasibility, and aligning commissioning standards with project performance objectives.**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist the estimating team with tenders.
- Introduce new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain commissioning and integration standards.
- Prepare commissioning and integration templates.
- Implement a web-based commissioning management system to improve delivery efficiency and track/report commissioning performance.
- Contribute training session content to the business learning management system.
- Report on commissioning and integration performance across the business.
- Ensure the business remains strategically positioned at the forefront of emerging commissioning technologies.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
- Induct project team members into business commissioning systems.
- Ensure projects adhere to business commissioning standards.
- Integrate commissioning management systems into each project.
- Establish project communication protocols.
- Review project design and delivery documents to ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Attend design and commissioning workshops/meetings.
- Assist with developing commissioning programs.
- Review trade commissioning plans, scripts, and acceptance testing procedures.
- Maintain compliance with project performance requirements and relevant standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Attend acceptance/witness testing when possible.
- Assist with managing client commissioning representatives.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering technically complex construction projects.
- Degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or a related technical trade qualification.
- Experience in construction delivery, specifically with testing and commissioning complex building services systems.
- Preferred experience in the construction of data centers, hospitals, prisons, and/or laboratories.
- Strong ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project information management tools.
