Product Manager

Our team is growing At Simply Energy we are seeking for a Product Manager to shape energy products and propositions, enhancing the customer experience, and managing a diverse range of products and services throughout their entire lifecycle.

The Product Manager will play a critical role in ensuring these products are align with our business strategy, meet customer needs, and drive value.

The role will be accountable to the Product and Strategy Manager and can be worked flexibly from home and our Southbank office - hybrid work model.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the market trends for the development of new products features and benefits
- Participate in the quarterly product development review forum, representing your products for progression through the development funnel
- Manage the operational health of your suite of products; identifying actionable insights and working with other areas of the business to implement changes and improve product performance.
- Develop and launch of a range of new energy offers into the marketplace
- Product suite will include a range of products and services to assist customers decarbonise.
- Manage and operationalise offers to support onboarding new partners with alliance/reward based offers, ensuring a seamless customer journey is delivered

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in product management across the full product lifecycle including facilitating ideation sessions to elicit and capture new product ideas and coordinating offer builds and trials. You will have exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.

You are collaborative in your approach and have a customer focused mindset and seek to cultivate innovation to drive results.

Experience in the Energy retail industry will be preferred.
