Administration Coordinator - Prestons N.S.W

The Role Toll Group are seeking an Administration Coordinator. The purpose of these roles are to provide quality customer service and administrative services to the business.

Some of your responsibilities may include and not limited to:
- Provide general administration support to all areas of the FMCG business and tasks are actioned in appropriate timeframes.- Working tasks and daily workload reports are developed for the team and customer and are coordinated to achieve successful outcomes daily.- Identify areas of administrative processes that can be improved and support the design and development of new or refined processes or strategies to implement those improvements.- Payroll processes are coordinated with management teams and actioned in a timely manner.- Manage processing of weekly/monthly customer invoicing which includes obtaining customer purchase orders for completion.

What you will bring to be successful in this role:
- Previous experience in transport and logistics highly desirable or the willingness to learn and succeed.- Very strong written and verbal skills.- Intermediate computer skills with particularly strong focus on excel skills.- A safety champion and a focus on compliance and safety- Demonstrated time management, delegation and prioritising skills.
